In collaboration with Rotterdam Ahoy and commissioned by the municipality of Alkmaar Evanement! conducted a study on the future- and development plans for the Sportpaleis Alkmaar. The research consisted of interviews and desk research, including SWOT-analysis and benchmark studies.
