Evanement! takes care of the project management for several organisers and foundations. In such situations Evanement! is responsible for the general coordination of a project or an event, like writing the projectplan, setting up the budget (including funds requests and administration), but also the programming, production and marketing communication. At this moment, Evanement! takes care of the project management for World Police & Fire Games 2021, Kid Dynamite Jazz Festival and she organises training camps at the Willem-Alexander Baan Rowing Course. A recently finished project is World Championship of Chinese Cuisine.
In other situations Evanement! is asked to coordinate the (technical) production of an event. Production includes the following elements:
- Permits and consulting services
- Accreditation
- Catering
- Safety (writing a safety plan, coordinating security and first aid/sport doctors)
- Traffic (writing a traffic plan, access to neighbourhoods, road closures and parking)
- Sponsoring (activations and banners) and representation of the partners’ interests
- Facility (interior design of spaces and supplies), including stocktaking, hospitality- and technical riders
- Personnel and volunteers
- Contracts with suppliers
- Making scripts, hand books and planning
Because of the diversity of projects Evanement! coordinated, Evanement! considers the production of festivals and music events, sport events and business events as different things.
Festivals & musical events
Evanement! has done some of all of the before mentioned elements for the following festivals and musical events: Jeugdvakantieland, Dunya Festival, Parkpop, Zomercarnaval, Rotterdam Unlimited, Motel Mozaique, Beats010 and Zomerterras.
Sport events
Evanement! has done elements of production for various sport events. In some cases Evanement! was part of the management team of the project organisation. Some examples of the sport events that were (partly) produced by Evanement! are: Giro Gelderland, Volvo Ocean Race Festival Den Haag, European Universities Games, Rotterdam Marathon (Like2Run), EuroGames, Grand Départ, ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament.
Business events
